The Hexagon Properties team is comprised of experienced real estate development and management professionals. Working with a team of trusted contractors, architects, and interior designers, each property is transformed into a one-of-a-kind home, finished with the same acute attention to detail and discerning eye for luxury. Catering to a range of clients, from Fortune 500 CEOs to young professionals to empty nesters, Hexagon Properties has developed a portfolio of high-end properties in Boston and Aspen, where magnificent homes and hotels are abundant, but truly distinctive and luxurious spaces are scarce.
At the helm is Sandy Edgerley, a longtime Boston resident with years of experience in luxury real estate. After watching the city’s iconic Back Bay neighborhood evolve and grow, she noticed that one thing remained elusive: high-end rental properties that were luxurious, elegant, and most importantly, felt like home. It was from this idea that Hexagon Properties was born. A Harvard Business School Graduate with an abiding reverence for quality, craftsmanship, and beautiful design, Edgerley has built a portfolio of short- and long-term rental properties to fulfill this need.
In addition to her work with Hexagon Properties, Edgerley bolsters the Boston community through her extensive philanthropic work in significant roles with organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club of Boston, The Boston Foundation, United Way of Massachusetts Bay, Horizons for Homeless Children, City Year National Board, Harvard College Fund, Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and the Mass General Hospital President’s Council.
As the Marketing and Finance Manager, Bogan’s responsibilities keep her involved in all facets of Hexagon’s residential and commercial real estate development business. While actively engaged in tenant satisfaction and relationships, she oversees a multi-layered marketing plan for the company. From strategy to execution, Bogan spearheads public relations, social media, and community relations for current and prospective properties. Drawing on her longtime interest in real estate and experience in finance, Bogan also works in tandem with the company’s Chief Financial Officer to evaluate new opportunities.
Gluck brings a wealth of construction and real estate experience to his position as Hexagon’s Operations and Property Manager. Previously serving as a project manager for a builder of high end homes, the transition to his current role was a natural one. He manages day-to-day operations for the company’s growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties. In addition, Gluck oversees construction of Hexagon’s newest acquisitions, working hand-in-hand with the general contractor, architect, and owners from the bidding process to completion, ensuring that each property is finished to Hexagon’s top quality and luxury standards.
